Payment Terms:
Payment by Cashier Check, Money Order or Pay Pal is accepted. An advance payment/deposit of $300 is required to hold your booking The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. If paying by credit card, you will be sent Pay Pal instruction to pay at this time. There is an additional 3%processing fee for payments via Pay Pal. When the balance has been received a confirmation will be sent by email along with the access code for the front door.

If deposit and full payment are not received in allotted time, the reservations may be automatically cancelled without notice. Please note, in rare instances a personal check may be accepted. There is a $30 Fee on Returned checks. ***Returned checks will result in automatic cancellation of this agreement by the owner. ***
